1 AN ACT regarding appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $1, or so much of that amount
5 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital
6 Development Fund to the Capital Development Board for grants
7 to the Cahokia Development Authority to be used for the
8 purchase and redevelopment of the Parks College site in
9 Cahokia, Illinois and for converting it into a technology
10 park incubator education facility.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
12 1, 2001.
