1 AN ACT regarding higher education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Public Community College Act is amended
5 by adding Section 2-12.2 as follows:
6 (110 ILCS 805/2-12.2 new)
7 Sec. 2-12.2. Analyze establishment of district; former
8 Metropolitan Community District No. 541. The State Board
9 shall analyze the requirements for the establishment of a
10 community college district comprised of the territory of
11 former Metropolitan Community College District No. 541.
