1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2300
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2300 as follows:
3 on page 6, by replacing lines 3 and 4 with the following:
4 "twice been convicted in any state or federal court of an
5 offense that contains the same elements as an offense now
6 classified in Illinois as a Class 2 or greater Class felony
7 of any Class 2 or greater Class felonies in Illinois and such
8 charges are separately".
