2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2220 on page 1,
3 lines 15 and 16 by changing "Without impairing the power of
4 the court in any respect, if" to "If"; and
5 on page 1, line 21 by inserting after "arrangement," the
6 following:

8 on page 2, lines 12 and 13 by changing "Without impairing the
