1 AN ACT making an appropriation to the Department of
2 Natural Resources.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $45,000, or as much of that amount
6 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of
7 Natural Resources for the development and implementation of a
8 plan to improve Frank Holten State Park in St. Clair County
9 as provided in the State Parks Act.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
11 1, 2001.
