1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2088
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2088 as follows:
3 on page 3, line 17, by inserting after "sought." the
4 following:
5 "Any records and any information obtained from those records
6 under this paragraph (9) may be used only in sexually violent
7 persons commitment proceedings."; and
8 on page 8, line 7, by inserting after "sought." the
9 following:
10 "Any records and any information obtained from those records
11 under this paragraph (11) may be used only in sexually
12 violent persons commitment proceedings."; and
13 on page 33, line 26, by inserting after "sought." the
14 following:
15 "Any records and any information obtained from those records
16 under this paragraph (8) may be used only in sexually violent
17 persons commitment proceedings."; and
18 on page 34, line 25, by inserting after "Act." the following:
19 "Any records and any information obtained from those records
20 under this Section may be used only in sexually violent
