1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2054
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2054 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 10 through 15 with the following:
4 "separate ballot and shall read as follows: Should the
5 Illinois General Assembly protect and enhance the State's
6 recreational open space, natural areas, and farmland for
7 future generations by approving legislation to increase the
8 Illinois State sales tax by 2/10 of one percent which would
9 fund an Illinois Land Preservation Initiative?".
