1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1901
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1901 on page 3 by
3 replacing lines 4 and 5 with the following:
4 "(2) help desk telephone numbers and names."; and
5 on page 3 by inserting immediately below line 10 the
6 following:
7 "Section 20. Coordination with Uniform Prescription Drug
8 Information Card. A health benefit plan may comply with this
9 Act by including the information required in Section 15 on
10 one card if a card is also required under the Uniform
11 Prescription Drug Information Card Act."; and
12 on page 3, line 11, by changing "20" to "25".
