1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1886
2 AMENDMENT NO. _______. Amend House Bill 1886, on page 2,
3 by replacing lines 3-8 with the following:
4 "(1) as ex officio members, each of the following or his
5 or her respective designee: the State Superintendent of
6 Education, the Secretary of Human Services, the Director of
7 Public Health, the Attorney General, and the Director of
8 Children and Family Services; and"; and
9 on page 2, line 9, by replacing "10 members" with "11
10 members"; and
11 on page 7, line 5, by replacing "June 30, 2003," with "June
12 30, 2003, and June 30, 2004,"; and
13 on page 7, lines 9-10, by replacing "fiscal year 2003," with
14 "the fiscal year immediately preceding each of these
15 respective dates.".
