1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The amount of $112,500, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Juvenile Justice
6 Trust Fund to the State Treasurer for the separate account
7 held by the State Treasurer for payment of compensation and
8 expenses of court appointed counsel other than the Public
9 Defender incurred for representation of a minor who was under
10 13 years of age at the time of the commission of an act that
11 if committed by an adult would be a violation of Section 9-1,
12 9-1.2, 9-2, 9-2.1, 9-3, 9-3.2, 9-3.3, 12-13, 12-14, 12-14.1,
13 12-15 or 12-16 of the Criminal Code of 1961 during the
14 custodial interrogation of the minor.
15 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
16 July 1, 2001.
