1 AN ACT concerning finance.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The State Finance Act is amended by changing
5 Section 6c as follows:
6 (30 ILCS 105/6c) (from Ch. 127, par. 142c)
7 Sec. 6c. All fees and other moneys money received by the
8 Division of Highways of the Department of Transportation
9 shall, upon being paid into the State treasury, be placed in
10 the Road Fund. After the effective date of this amendatory
11 Act of 1980, investment income which is attributable to the
12 investment of moneys of the Road Fund shall be retained in
13 the Road Fund.
