1 AN ACT in relation to finance.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The State Finance Act is amended by changing
5 Section 6r as follows:
6 (30 ILCS 105/6r) (from Ch. 127, par. 142r)
7 Sec. 6r. All moneys money received from the rental of
8 land, buildings, or improvements by the Department of
9 Transportation under Section 4-201.16 of the Illinois Highway
10 Code shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for payment
11 into the Road Fund in the State treasury.
