1 AN ACT with respect to higher education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The University of Illinois Revenue Bond Act
5 is amended by changing Section 3 as follows:
6 (110 ILCS 420/3) (from Ch. 144, par. 73)
7 Sec. 3. Accomplishment of objects and purposes. In the
8 execution and determination of the objects and purposes
9 herein set forth the Board of Trustees of the University of
10 Illinois shall have power to adopt means and methods
11 reasonably calculated to accomplish such objects and
12 purposes.
