1 AN ACT relating to higher education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The University of Illinois Revenue Bond
5 Financing Act for Auxiliary Facilities is amended by changing
6 Section 6 as follows:
7 (110 ILCS 405/6) (from Ch. 144, par. 48.6)
8 Sec. 6. No limitation or restriction. Nothing herein
9 contained shall be construed as a limitation upon or
10 restriction of the powers of the Board of Trustees of the
11 University of Illinois under any law which is now in force,
12 or which may hereafter be enacted.
