1 AN ACT regarding higher education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The University of Illinois at Chicago Land
5 Transfer Act is amended by changing Section 3 as follows:
6 (110 ILCS 325/3) (from Ch. 144, par. 70.3)
7 Sec. 3. Public use. The Board of Trustees of the
8 University, in its discretion, may permit the temporary
9 public use of such portion or portions of the property
10 acquired under this Act as is not being currently utilized
11 for University purposes.
