1 AN ACT regarding higher education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Higher Education Loan Act is amended by
5 changing Section 6.10 as follows:
6 (110 ILCS 945/6.10) (from Ch. 144, par. 1605.10)
7 Sec. 6.10. Receipt and acceptance of loans,
8 contributions or grants. To receive and accept from any
9 source, loans, contributions or grants for or in aid of an
10 Authority Education Loan financing program or any portion
11 thereof and, when required, to use the such funds, property
12 or labor only for the purposes for which it was loaned,
13 contributed or granted.
