1 AN ACT concerning higher education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Public University Energy Conservation Act
5 is amended by changing Section 5 as follows:
6 (110 ILCS 62/5)
7 Sec. 5. Definitions. In this Act words and phrases have
8 the meanings set forth in the following Sections preceding
9 Section 10 of this Act.
