1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $65,044,700, or so much thereof
5 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Common School
6 Fund to the Public School Teachers' Pension and Retirement
7 Fund of Chicago for the State's Contribution, as provided by
8 law and pursuant to Public Act 90-548.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
10 1, 2001.
