1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $10,000,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois
6 Community College Board for a grant program that awards
7 grants to community college districts to increase the amount
8 of credit hours taught at community colleges by full-time
9 faculty.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
11 July 1, 2001.
