1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 935
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 935 on page 3, by
3 deleting lines 6 through 10; and
4 on page 6, line 31, after the period, by inserting the
5 following:
6 "Administrative expenses incurred by a responsible school
7 district, as defined by rule, for children whose residence is
8 other than a foster family home and who are educationally
9 placed pursuant to Section 14-7.02 of this Code are
10 reimbursable in accordance with this Section. These
11 administrative expenses must be associated with supervisory
12 and case coordination responsibilities specific to these
13 eligible students.".
