92_HB0891 LRB9205063LBmg 1 AN ACT in relation to the regulation of professions. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 Section 5. The Naprapathic Practice Act is amended by 5 changing Section 33 as follows: 6 (225 ILCS 63/33) 7 Sec. 33. Records of examinations and treatments; copies. 8 Every licensed naprapath shall keep a record of naprapathic 9 examinations and treatments made that shall include the names 10 of persons examined and treated. The record shall be signed 11 by the licensed naprapath and retained by him or her in the 12 office in which the professional service was rendered. The 13 records shall be preserved by the naprapath for a period of 3 14 years from the date on which the professional service was 15 rendered. A copy of the records shall be provided, upon 16 written request, to the person examined and treated or his or 17 her designee. 18 (Source: P.A. 89-61, eff. 6-30-95.)
