1 AN ACT concerning the regulation of professions.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Speech-Language Pathology and
5 Audiology Practice Act is amended by changing Section 7.2 as
6 follows:
7 (225 ILCS 110/7.2)
8 Sec. 7.2. Social Security Number on license application.
9 In addition to any other information required to be contained
10 in the application, every application for an original,
11 renewal, or restored license under this Act must shall
12 include the applicant's Social Security Number.
