1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 453
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 453 on page 1, by
3 inserting between lines 27 and 28 the following:
4 on page 1, line 27, by changing "." to "; and ."; and
5 on page 1, by inserting the following immediately after line
6 27:
7 "(3) Videotaping, photographing, and filming by
8 representatives of the news media for the purpose of
9 newsgathering. For the purpose of this paragraph (3),
10 "news media" means a newspaper or other periodical issued
11 at regular intervals whether in print or in electronic
12 format, a news service whether in print or electronic
13 format, a radio station, a television station or
14 television network, a community antenna television
15 service, or a person or corporation engaged in making
16 news reels or other motion picture news for public
17 showing.".
