1 AN ACT in relation to coal.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Coal Technology Development
5 Assistance Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
6 (30 ILCS 730/1) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 8201)
7 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
8 cited as the "Illinois Coal Technology Development Assistance
9 Act".
