1 AN ACT in relation to taxes.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Use Tax Act is amended by changing
5 Section 1 as follows:
6 (35 ILCS 105/1) (from Ch. 120, par. 439.1)
7 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
8 cited as the "Use Tax Act".

10 Section 10. The Retailers' Occupation Tax Act is amended
11 by changing Section 14 as follows:
12 (35 ILCS 120/14) (from Ch. 120, par. 453)
13 Sec. 14. Short title; additional tax. This Act shall be
14 known as the "Retailers' Occupation Tax Act" and the tax
15 herein imposed shall be in addition to all other occupation
16 or privilege taxes imposed by the State of Illinois or by any
17 municipal corporation or political subdivision thereof.
