1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 200
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 200 on page 1, line
3 10, after "shall", by inserting "knowingly"; and
4 on page 1, by replacing lines 20 through 23 with the
5 following:
6 "time shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
7 (c) A candidate, political committee, or public official
8 must pay into the State treasury any contribution that (i)
9 violates this Section or (ii) would have violated this
10 Section if the contribution has been knowingly accepted by
11 the candidate, political committee, on public official."; and
12 on page 1, line 24, by replacing "(c)" with "(d)"; and
13 on page 2, line 26, after "shall", by inserting "knowingly";
14 and
15 on page 3, line 2, after "shall", by inserting "knowingly";
16 and
17 on page 3, line 19, after "shall" by inserting "knowingly";
18 and
19 on page 3, line 30, after "shall" by inserting "knowingly".
