1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 28
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 28 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 15 and 16 with the following:
4 "apply to any person who (i) has served full-time in the
5 military for at least 10 years; (ii) is 45 years of age or
6 under; and (iii) was not dishonorably discharged from
7 military service."; and
8 on page 5, line 33, by replacing "has" with "(i) has"; and
9 on page 5, line 33, by replacing "years" with "years; (ii)";
10 and
11 on page 6, by replacing line 1 with the following:
12 "is 45 years of age or under; and (iii) was not dishonorably
13 discharged from military service may be inducted as a"; and
14 on page 7, by replacing lines 14 through 16 with the
15 following:
16 "or (iv) to any person who has served full-time in the
17 military for at least 10 years, is 45 years of age or under,
18 and was not dishonorably discharged from military service.";
19 and
20 on page 10, by replacing lines 22 and 23 with the following:
21 "military for at least 10 years, is 45 years of age or under,

2 and further provided that each fireman or fire chief".
