CIV PRO-PRODUCT LIABILITY                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  Code  of  Civil  Procedure  in  relation  to  product      
   liability actions by making numerous changes regarding commencement of      
   actions, procedure in actions, certificates of merit, admissibility of      
   evidence,  presumptions,  limitations,  and other matters.  Contains a      
   severability clause.  Effective immediately.
