BOMKE. 20 ILCS 1705/15.4 Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act. Provides that when nurse-trained staff is authorized to administer medication in certain facilities, non-licensed direct care staff may substitute one year of experience as non-licensed direct care staff for the requirement that he or she have completed high school or the GED.
