CLAYBORNE. 410 ILCS 650/10.05 new Amends the Sanitary Food Preparation Act. Provides that an owner, operator, or manager of a food service establishment may not require or permit a person to perform any task as a food handler in that establishment unless that person has been immunized against hepatitis A virus within the preceding 12 months. Provides that a person may not perform any task as a food handler in a food service establishment unless the person has been immunized against hepatitis A virus within the preceding 12 months.
