OBAMA-DEL VALLE-SMITH-TROTTER.

   305 ILCS 5/12-4.36 new                                                      

        Amends the "administration" Article of the  Illinois  Public  Aid      
   Code.  Requires  the  Department  of  Human  Services  to  establish a      
   domestic violence counseling pilot program for public  aid  applicants      
   and  recipients  in  3  counties  (Cook County, a collar county, and a      
   downstate county).
