OBAMA.

   20 ILCS 105/4.02          from Ch. 23, par. 6104.02                         

        Amends the Illinois Act on the Aging.  Requires  that,  beginning      
   July  1, 2000, the minimum hourly pay rate of personal care attendants      
   must be at least 10% greater than the  Department's  required  minimum      
   rate in fiscal year 2000. Effective July 1, 2000.
