WATSON. 705 ILCS 405/1-7 from Ch. 37, par. 801-7 Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Provides that law enforcement records concerning a minor who has been arrested or taken into custody for an alcohol-related offense may be transmitted by a local law enforcement agency to school officials of the school in which the minor is enrolled under a reciprocal reporting system established and maintained between the school district and the local law enforcement agency.
