CURRIE.

   805 ILCS 180/50-5                                                           

        Amends the Limited  Liability  Company  Act.  Provides  that  the      
   Secretary  of State may not charge a fee to the public for information      
   about  limited  liability  companies  and  that  the  Secretary   must      
   promulgate rules in accordance with this. Effective immediately.
