Amends the Jury Secrecy Act and the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Permits a juror who is the mother of an infant to bring that infant into the courtroom where the jury is hearing testimony and deliberating on a verdict for the purpose of caring for and breast feeding that infant. Amends the Public Accommodations Article of the Illinois Human Rights Act. Provides that it is a civil rights violation for any person to prohibit a woman from breast feeding an infant in any place of public accommodation. Amends the One Day Rest in Seven Act. Provides that an employer must provide reasonable unpaid break time each day to an employee who needs to express breast milk for her infant child if the break time would not unduly disrupt the operation of the employer. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes language stating that a mother who is breast feeding is not entitled to be excused from jury service if she is employed full-time.
