CROSS-HASSERT-KOSEL. 705 ILCS 405/5-905 Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Provides that the appropriate school officials may inspect and copy law enforcement records under a reciprocal reporting system between the school district and the local law enforcement agency concerning a minor enrolled in a school within the district who has been arrested for possession of not more than 2.5 grams of any substance containing cannabis.
