Provides that beneficiaries of police officer or fire officer survivor grants and grants for dependents of Department of Corrections employees are entitled to the equivalent of 8 semesters or 12 quarters (instead of just 8 semesters or 12 quarters) of tuition and fees at the rate established by the Illinois Student Assistance Commission for private institutions.
