BEAUBIEN.

(WALSH,T)

   35 ILCS 200/4-15                                                            

        Amends the  Property  Tax  Code.   Provides  that  an  assessment      
   officer  who  has been awarded an Assessment Administration Specialist      
   or Cadastral Mapping Specialist certificate shall  receive  additional      
   compensation of $250 per year.  Provides that if an assessment officer      
   has  been  awarded  more  than  one  certificate but not the Certified      
   Assessment  Evaluator  certificate,  then   the   maximum   additional      
   compensation shall be $250.                                                 
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Adds an immediate effective date.
