(RADOGNO) 720 ILCS 5/21-1.3 Amends the Criminal Code of 1961 to provide that a person under 19 years of age convicted for criminal defacement of property shall have his or her driving privileges suspended by the Secretary of State for 1 year. Requires the clerk of the court to send a report to the Secretary of State concerning the conviction of any person under 19 years of age for criminal defacement of property. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.
