1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
3 express their sincere sympathies to the family and friends of
4 Wilbur Stratton, who recently passed away; and
5 WHEREAS, Wilbur Stratton was born in Carlisle County,
6 Kentucky, on May 10, 1914; he was a businessman in Mundelein
7 where he owned and operated Stratton Automotive; and
8 WHEREAS, Wilbur Stratton is survived by his daughters,
9 Rita (Billy) Sink, Murial Baum, Joann (Jim) O'Connell, Marcia
10 (John) DeLeo, and Kathy (Ron) Wood; his daughter-in-law, Bea
11 Stratton; and his 19 grandchildren and 17
12 great-grandchildren; therefore, be it
13 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL
14 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
15 all that knew and loved him, the death of Wilbur Stratton of
16 Park City; and be it further
17 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
18 presented to the family of Wilbur Stratton.
