1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 66
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Joint Resolution 66 by
3 replacing lines 7 through 13 with the following:
4 "RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL
5 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF
6 REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by
7 Huntley CSD 158 - McHenry with respect to a statement of
8 affairs, identified in the report filed by the State Board of
9 Education as request WM100-1384, is disapproved; and be it
10 further
11 RESOLVED, That the request made by Norridge SD 80 - Cook
12 with respect to tax levies, identified in the report filed by
13 the State Board of Education as request WM100-1449, is
14 disapproved; and be it further
15 RESOLVED, That the request made by Granite City CUSD 9 -
16 Madison with respect to general State aid and average daily
17 attendance calculations, identified in the report filed by
18 the State Board of Education as request WM100-1422, is
19 disapproved; and be it further
20 RESOLVED, That the request made by Granite City CUSD 9 -
21 Madison with respect to general State aid and average daily
22 attendance calculations, identified in the report filed by

2 disapproved; and be it further
3 RESOLVED, That the request made by Regional Office of
4 Education - Carroll/Jo Daviess/Stephenson with respect to

7 Education as request WM100-1440(R), is disapproved; and be it
8 further
9 RESOLVED, That the request made by Granite City CUSD 9 -
10 Madison with respect to the length of the school term,
11 identified in the report filed by the State Board of
12 Education as request WM100-1421 (renewal), is disapproved;
13 and be it further
14 RESOLVED, That the request made by Round Lake Area SD 116
15 - Lake with respect to debt limitations, identified in the
16 report filed by the State Board of Education as request
17 WM100-1428, is disapproved.".
