1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $4,000,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department
6 of Labor for the purpose of hiring 1,000 additional
7 inspectors to enforce State equal pay rules and regulations.
8 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
9 2000.
