1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1504
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1504 on page 1, by
3 inserting below line 26 the following:
4 "(c) All otherwise lawful actions taken before the
5 effective date of this Section in reliance on or pursuant to
6 Section 11-90-5 or 11-90-6 of this Code by any officer or
7 agency of State government or of the City of Springfield or
8 by any other person or entity are hereby validated.
9 (d) This Section applies to all claims, civil actions,
10 and proceedings arising out of actions taken in reliance on
11 or pursuant to Section 11-90-5 or 11-90-6 of this Code that
12 are pending on or filed on or after the effective date of
13 this amendatory Act of the 91st General Assembly.".
