1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority
2 Act by changing Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Sports Facilities Authority Act
6 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (70 ILCS 3205/1) (from Ch. 85, par. 6001)
8 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may
9 be cited as the "Illinois Sports Facilities Authority Act".
