1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 25
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 25, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 4, line 12, by replacing "Act." with "Act,
5 unless circumstances warrant otherwise."; and
6 on page 4, by replacing line 27 with the following:
7 "government agency, except any funds appropriated for
8 adult education programs under Section 10-22.20 of the
9 School Code, or any supplemental funds provided by any
10 other financial institution or entity; or"; and
11 on page 7, line 22, after the period, by inserting the
12 following:
13 "The Department shall file a report with the Secretary of the
14 Senate and the Clerk of the House of Representatives in
15 January of each year that details the amount of notes issued
16 and the amount of debt payments on the notes for the previous
17 calendar year.".
