1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of this Body are honored to
3 recognize significant milestones in the lives of the people
4 of this State; and
5 WHEREAS, It has come to our attention that Mrs. Florence
6 "Sally" Ladzinski of LaSalle is celebrating the 100th
7 anniversary of her birth; and
8 WHEREAS, She was born on October 12, 1899, and has been a
9 life-long Democrat who has worked the precincts for many
10 years; and
11 WHEREAS, Throughout the past 100 years, Mrs. Ladzinski
12 has witnessed the coming of many wondrous inventions,
13 historic occasions, and changes in society, and her memories
14 and experiences create a legacy enjoyed by her family and
15 friends; therefore, be it
16 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
17 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
18 we congratulate Mrs. Florence Ladzinski on the occasion of
19 her 100th birthday and extend our sincere best wishes to her
20 for the future; and be it further
21 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
22 presented to her as an expression of our respect and esteem.
