1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of this Body are happy to recognize
3 the excellence of young athletes and wish to congratulate the
4 1999 Hall High School Red Devil Track Team on taking second
5 place in the Illinois High School Association Class A State
6 Track Meet; and
7 WHEREAS, D. J. Glynn finished first in the Class A State
8 Track Meet in four events, namely the 100 meter dash, the 200
9 meter dash, the 400 meter dash, and the high jump; and
10 WHEREAS, Led and inspired by Coach Bruce Becker and
11 Assistant Coach Lou Zecca, the team members are Bashkim
12 Ademi, Procopio Alfano, Rick Baldenegro, Chris Bastian,
13 Marcus Biagioni, Chris Brandner, Shawn Burkman, Frank
14 Camacho, Jesse Derber, Levi Derber, Josh Duffield, Dan
15 Fusinato, D.J. Glynn, Nick Hanck, Lee Hansen, Jason Haskell,
16 Josh Kerr, Billy Klein, Jake Koch, Dan Mavity, Greg Newton,
17 Scott Newton, Doug Olsen, Mick Pienta, T.J. Ponsetti, Omar
18 Pureco, T.C. Riordan, Matt Schlenz, Nick Spanos, Jim Stangel,
19 Matt Stank, and Phil Villareal; and
20 WHEREAS, All past and present students and supporters of
21 the Hall School Red Devil Track Team should be proud of the
22 dedication and athletic ability of the members of this team;
23 therefore, be it
24 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
25 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
26 we congratulate the Hall High School Red Devil Track Team on
27 winning second place in the I.H.S.A. Class A State Track Meet
28 and extend our best wishes to them for continued success in
29 the future; and be it further
30 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
31 presented to Coach Bruce Becker.
