1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The amount of $262,940, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
7 for a grant to the City of Zeigler for infrastructure
8 improvements.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
10 July 1, 2000.
