1 AN ACT to amend the Uniform Act for the Extradition of
2 Persons of Unsound Mind.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Uniform Act for the Extradition of Persons
6 of Unsound Mind is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (405 ILCS 10/1) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 121)
8 Sec. 1. Short title. That This Act may be cited as the
9 Uniform Act for the Extradition of Persons of Unsound Mind.
