1 AN ACT in relation to airports.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Airport Authorities Act is amended by
5 changing Section 3.2 as follows:
6 (70 ILCS 5/3.2) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 68.3b)
7 Sec. 3.2. Manner of exercising appointments. All
8 appointments of commissioners to boards of commissioners of
9 airport authorities shall be in writing and shall indicate
10 the legal residence of the person appointed and whether or
11 not he or she resides within or without a municipality having
12 a population of 5,000 or more.
